Download control software, USB drivers and user manuals for your dB-Mark processor. Choose software by model and firmware version; the dates below are approximate guides. All PC control software listed here is for Windows and is supplied in English.
Current models — DP+, XCA+ and HDX
DP+ and XCA+ models introduced from 2020, and the HDX series, use the same P7 control software and share the same processing features and settings. A configuration saved to your PC can be transferred between these series with exactly the same settings, using models with matching input/output configurations.

HDX series manual: There is currently no dedicated HDX manual. Operation of the HDX series is exactly the same as the XCA+ series; please refer to the XCA+ user manual above.
USB drivers
The Prolific PL2303 driver provides USB-to-serial communication between your Windows PC and the processor. Install the appropriate Prolific driver before connecting the processor to your Windows PC. A suitable driver may already be installed through other equipment, but reinstalling it is generally fine. Windows 11 users should use the Windows 11 installer below.

Previous generation — approximately 2015–2020
For DP Mk IV and original XCA models. Check the processor firmware version before choosing a download. Full installers include help files and user documentation.

These downloads remain available for older processors. Technical support and spare parts are no longer available for this generation.

Connections and compatibility
Windows software: USB control requires the Windows software and a suitable USB driver. Running this software on a Mac through Windows compatibility software has been successful in some cases, but is not reliable or guaranteed. There is no dedicated macOS or iOS control application.
Browser control: On models equipped with a LAN browser interface, Windows 11 with Chrome or Edge gives the most reliable browser control based on our experience, particularly over wired Ethernet. Other browsers and platforms may work, but reliability varies. Apple devices have shown more compatibility and communication issues, and reliable operation cannot currently be guaranteed. Wi-Fi connections can be less stable and may require reconnecting if communication is interrupted.
